Overview
Unlike most cruises in Ha Long Bay, Carina Cruise benefits from being one of the more intimate junks. With just 9 luxury en-suite cabins, and manned by a young and experienced crew of 10. We cater for small groups, couples and individuals. Our cozier atmosphere provides a more personalized service compared to most other cruises in Ha Long. But The Carina’s generous size means that you won’t feel cramped. We are large enough for you to keep yourself to yourself but small enough to feel that you are traveling with a group of friends.
And our size is our greatest advantage. It gives us access to other parts of the Bay which are less populated and less touristy, helping you to feel you are not in a tourist trap constantly surrounded by loads of other junks.
Responsible travel
The Carina cruise supports sustainable and responsible tourism to ensure the Ha Long Bay environs remains cared for and not exploited. We want to contain any negative environmental impact of the cruise industry in Ha Long Bay as well as supporting conservation and protection initiatives and working working with the local community.
The sundeck
The sundeck situated on the top deck that is the perfect spot to view the lime scale peaks, lagoons, grottos and emerald sea. Relax on our cosy sun lounges and enjoy the cool sea breeze.
Uniquely – we also turn part of the sundeck into an our door restaurant where you can dine under the stars and which means the carina gives you the choice of indoor and outdoor dining.
The restaurant and Bar
Our indoor restaurant seats up to 20. Relax and unwind. Enjoy pre-dinner or after-dinner drink, relax, browse our selection of books and magazines or watch DVD on the plasma TV. The bar is fully stocked with fine wines, spirits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Dine on traditional Vietnamese cuisine and have a drink while the sun sets over Halong bay.

Activities
Row Boat Trip to visit tranquility village of fisher folk. Embark on a sampan bamboo boat rowed by local girl and pleasantly glide through floating village on peaceful – mirrored water. You will be enchanted by the beauty of the boats. The fishing nets in front of the house. Pay a visit to school and talk with warmly open people at their house or fishing farm.
If you come to Halong bay and don’t take the opportunity to closely explore this marvel. You may miss some of the unique sites that give the bay it’s legend. The bay is truly natural wonder with over 3000 islands and endless limestone grotto to explore.

Around 12h00 noon: Arriving Tuan Chau marina. Welcome aboard The Carina. Enjoy welcome cocktail, check-in your cabin.
Enjoy a delicious lunch in the restaurant while cruising into stunning views of the Bay, its dramatic limestone islands as we sail through the calm waters.
Visit Van Gia fishing village by Kayak or local bamboo boat where you can meet the locals, visit the school and pearl farms. See at first-hand what life is like living on the water.
Enjoy with us the sunset party with fruits and wine as our complimentary before a romantic dinner.
Activities at night: Karaoke, Dancing, bar services, squid fishing, films...
DAY 02: HALONG CARINA CRUISE TOUR: Visit Halong bay - Surprise cave (B/L)
Get up early & enjoy a Tai Chi session on the sun deck.
After breakfast, visiting Surprise Cave located on Bo Hon Island. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.
Around 9h30: We board The Carina again. Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in the luggage store. You will join with our short class of Cooking demonstration, how to make spring rolls before an early lunch is served.
Around 11h30 noon: Return to the shore and disembark from The Carina as our crew say farewell

After Breakfast, transferring to smaller boat to explore further Halong bay & Lan ha bay.
Kayaking, swimming at Dark & Bright cave - a pristine natural cave lapped by the turquoise water.
Discover Ba Trai Dao beach (three peach beach) or sunbathe on one of the natural secluded beaches (private, wild and fresh air). You also can take kayaking or swimming
Visit Halong Pearl farm
Around 16h30: Return to Carina cruise, take time to refresh and relax. spend second night on boat.
DAY 03: HALONG CARINA CRUISE TOUR: Visit Halong bay - Surprise cave (B/L)
