NORTHWEST VIETNAM MOTORBIKE TOUR TO MU CANG CHAI - YEN BAI
Day 01: NORTHWEST VIETNAM MOTORBIKE TOUR: Hanoi - Yen Bai - Nghia Lo (L/D)
6.00am: Our guide will pick up you to the bus at My Dinh station to catch the bus to Yen Bai city.
Around 9am: Arrive Yen Bai city. Get the motorbike & start your journey to Nghia Lo.
On the road, we will visit in Suoi Giang Commune, Van Chan district to admire the hundreds of years old – ancient tea trees, which make up the specialty Tea San Snow. The wild tea trees growing in the high mountains, plus a cool climate all year round haze tea flavor in particular. We have lunch at here.
Arrive at Nghia Lo town in the afternoon, check in our homestay at a peaceful village nearby Nghia Lo. In the afternoon, we embark on a bicycling tour to discover the daily life of the ethnic community in the area and enjoy the beautiful scenery of villages, rice fields an mountains. Dinner and overnight at the homestay.

Day 02: NORTHWEST VIETNAM MOTORBIKE TOUR: Nghia Lo – Tu Le – Mu Cang Chai (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we continue run from Nghia Lo – Mu Cang Chai. This journey passes through stunning mountainous landscape, featuring with fertile hilly area covered with green tea plantations, the mountains get higher and higher. We will over the Khau Pha pass (one of the four greatest passes in Northern Vietnam).
The ride is on some of the most scenic roads which offer a lot of stops for picturing. We’ll cross Tu Le -Trekking around in Lim Mong, Lim Thai village – a beautiful valley located at the foot of the pass.
We have full day to discover the beauty of this mountainous district. Mu cang chai – the hilly paddy growing districts, are designated as Vietnam’s national heritage site. It is home to Vietnam’s Hmong minority tribe, whose rural way of life & colorful ethnic costumes and amazing scene for photography.
Drive around to take photograph and see the full views of Mu Cang Chai Town, trek a bit to “Mam Xoi” on the season of grain or Sky Miror on the falling water to photograph & enjoy beautiful landscape. Continue trekking to some most beautiful village of Mong people in La Pan Tan… Visit some school or H’mong house, touch and play with children. Beside the rice terrace, you will have a chance to explore the culture & local life of Mong people, such as music traditional, agriculture tools…Overnight in homestay of Thai ethnic people.

Day 03: NORTHWEST VIETNAM MOTORBIKE TOUR: Mu Cang Chai – Yen Bai – Hanoi (B/L)
After our breakfast, there’s more time to look around and experience life in Mu Cang Chai. We can visit some villages beside the road like Che Cu Nha, Lim Mong, Lim Thai. We come back from Mu Cang Chai – Tu Le – Nghia Lo.
Afternoon: Catch the bus back from Yen Bai to Hanoi and arrive Hanoi in the evening. The Mu Cang Chai motorbike trip with Vietnam tonkin travel will be finished.
